By accessing and using the PRA Manpower website (pramanpower.com) and our staffing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

PRA Manpower provides staffing and workforce solutions including temporary staffing, direct hire placement, temp-to-hire programs, executive search, payroll services, and workforce consulting. We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers, facilitating employment matches based on skills, qualifications, and client requirements.

User Responsibilities

For Employers

• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and workplace conditions
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and applicable labor laws
• Pay agreed-upon rates in a timely manner according to service agreements
• Not directly hire PRA Manpower temporary workers without proper notification and conversion fees as outlined in your service agreement
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws including anti-discrimination statutes

For Job Seekers

• Provide accurate and truthful information on applications, resumes, and during interviews
• Notify PRA Manpower promptly of any changes in availability, contact information, or qualifications
• Comply with workplace policies and safety rules of assigned employer locations
• Not share confidential information about PRA Manpower clients or their business operations
• Report any workplace issues, safety concerns, or incidents to PRA Manpower promptly

Employment Relationship

For temporary staffing arrangements, temporary workers are employees of PRA Manpower, not the client company, unless a direct hire or conversion arrangement has been formally agreed upon. PRA Manpower is responsible for payroll, tax withholding, and workers' compensation insurance for our temporary employees.

Fees and Payment

Staffing service fees are outlined in individual client service agreements. Payment terms are typically Net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Guarantees and Replacements

PRA Manpower offers a 30-day replacement guarantee on direct hire placements. If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within 30 days of start date, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee. This guarantee does not apply if the position is eliminated, if the client changes job requirements, or in cases of layoff or reduction in force.

Limitation of Liability

PRA Manpower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific placement or service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of placed candidates beyond our screening and vetting processes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of PRA Manpower and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code

Indemnification
